Florida’s Newest RtI Resource: Guiding Tools for Instructional Problem-Solving - The Florida Department of Education (FDOE) announces the Guiding Tools for Instructional Problem-Solving (GTIPS) manual. The purpose of this resource is to assist districts as they implement and support data-based decision making using a systematic problem-solving process at all levels of operation: district level, school level, grade level, classroom level, student subgroup level, and individual student level.
